Leading Abroad

My family left our home and moved to Belgium nearly two years ago. This experience has challenged us to grow and learn in many unexpected ways. I thought I understood what leadership was all about; until I was asked to lead abroad. I am having to rediscover leadership in a new place and in a new way. Leading abroad is about a leading in a new and greater way. I have been challenged to embrace a humble confidence that realizes true success is simply the willingness to obey.
